Arnoud van der Slot
Arnoud van der Slot is a Senior Partner at Roland Berger concentrating on the energy and telecom sectors. He helps companies and organizations formulate growth strategies, manage takeovers and develop integration trajectories, among other issues.
Whether developing a growth strategy for a single company or a vision for an entire industry, Arnoud always aims to reinforce that particular sector by focusing on issues that determine its shape and direction. He both develops new ideas and helps support their implementation.
Arnoud studied Physics at the University of Leiden and received an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management. He is also an alumnus of the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, in Illinois. Arnoud heads the international Energy Practice of Roland Berger. In 2000 he published The End of Change, a book on organizational design and change management that has since been translated into fifteen languages.
My goal is to strengthen companies and industries by finding answers to their key problems.
